Grad 2022 – Winter Social

The SDSS Grad Committee is organizing a Winter Social. To meet COVID-19 guidelines, this year’s event will be different than winter formals in the past. The COVID-19 Guidelines will not allow for dancing and students will be expected to wear a mask when not seated. The event will include appetizers, soft drinks, photo booth, and a holiday-themed movie.

Winter Formal: 

6:00 pm:   Students arrive

6:00 pm – 7:15 pm: Food, pictures, and socializing

7:15 pm – 9:00 pm: Movie

9:00 pm – 9:30 pm: Clean-up

Tickets will be $30 per student and there will be a maximum number of 180 students during the event (50 % capacity in the Cafeteria). Tickets will be on sale at lunch time in the main hallway from Thursday, November 18 – Tuesday, November 23. Students can pay through both cash and card.  Ticket will be sold on a first come, first served basis.

Before you purchase your ticket: 

• CLE Module 1 + 2 completed
• Capstone proposal completed
• Student fees are paid

Planning for a fun night: 

The Winter Social is a drug and alcohol free event and students will be subject to security check. Please don’t purchase a ticket if you are planning to be under the influence. There are no in and out privileges.
