Shape of the night:

4:00PM Student arrive at school cafeteria

Check in student based on the name on the list + inform bus number
Security checks (Round 1)

4:40PM Gather students according to their bus group

4:45PM Bus arrive/ Load students to the bus (Please check their names again before getting them on the bus)

6:00 PM Arrive Port

Security checks (Round 2)
Get on the boat

6:30 PM Boat departs

Pictures/ Dinner/ Dance

9:30 PM Return to port

Make sure students get back to the SAME BUS and you have the SAME NUMBER of students on the bus;
check their names off before loading them onto the bus

10:30 PM Arrive back to school
